As a form of payment, I accept the following: Cash, Check, PayPal, Zelle and Venmo and Square at the time of service. Pre paid sessions and series can be purchased to make the payment process quicker after your session.
You will receive a confirmation email the day before your appointment automatically from the scheduler. It has questions regarding Covid 19 exposure. If any of your answers to symptom/exposure questions are YES, you’ll need to call/text Michelle as soon as possible to discuss whether you need to reschedule your session, based on specific details.
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to provide 24-hour advance notice, you will be charged half the amount of your session feel That said, Michelle understands that emergencies arise; family, illness, Covid exposure, weather, work, etc. There is no penalty if you wake up with symptoms and need to cancel on the day of your appointment. If that should occur, let Michelle know as soon as possible by text or call. If your cancellation/rescheduling becomes chronic, Michelle reserves the right to require a non refundable payment in advance of service.
Please contact Michelle by phone or text if you are running late for your session to see if it is possible to have your session. The time may either need to be shortened due to appointments following or rescheduled for another day. Sessions missed due to lateness will be charged a fee equal to half of the cost of the session
